"Bug Out! Texas" follows the war as it plays out in Texas. The Government of Texas understands what is causing the conflict and who is behind it. They take action. This series, which is not yet complete, follows the characters as they struggle to save Texas and help with the war in New Mexico and Colorado.
"Bug Out! California" is a new series, with early episodes now available in the and Unlimited. This series is about the war in California, and focuses on the people's struggle to end abusive Martial Law, being enforced by UN Peacekeepers and their evil partners. The people fight to take back their liberty, battling the California State Government, the UN, and an Islamist Army.
This volume contains the brand new novella called "The Plan", previews of the "Bug Out!" and "Bug Out! Texas" series, and four chapters from the "Bug Out! California" series.

There was going to be a book 8 for bug-out Texas seamed like ended with out an ending to the story
Well, no one can deny the price is attractive. This modest entry (a) provides foundation and backstory to the entire (LARGE) series; (b) sells you on the already established series with "fast run and gun" action; and (c) intrigues fans of the series so far to get invested in the Texas series. If you are willing to trade off character complexity and breadth and depth of description for "furious and speedy" action, then be assured you'll love all of these offerings.
* The characters are a lot of fun.
* It's really literature as "melodrama theater"--cheer the heroes, boo the bad guys, keep the popcorn coming.
* "No Progressives need apply" kind of fiction.
